Raja is an entrepreneur, operator and consultant with 15+ years’ experience working across the private, public and social sectors. Previous experience includes founding a health-tech startup (Caren), leading two categories for Wayfair, consulting with the Eurasia Group, MassHealth and Booz Allen Hamilton, and volunteering on the Biden-Harris Policy Committee. He also served as lead advisor to Palestine’s negotiating team on borders and as Head of the Delivery Unit managing a planned economic development initiative in the West Bank and Gaza driven by the Office of the Quartet Representative (Tony Blair).

CO-FOUNDER  |  CHIEF CLINICAL OFFICER

Shannon is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 30 years of experience, primarily serving rural and underserved areas. With a passion for education, she's spent 25 years shaping the future of healthcare students. Dr. Cole's academic interests span Interprofessional Education, Social Determinants of Health, and combating Childhood Obesity. As director of interprofessional programs and grant initiatives to train Nurse Practitioners and expand their reach, Dr. Cole's impact reverberates from local to international boards.

CO-FOUNDER | CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Joseph is an engineering leader at the forefront of tech innovation. He's delivered mission-critical solutions across various sectors, particularly pharmacy and finance. He led integrations with ChangeHealthcare for billing and adjudication working closely with pharmacy operations and has worked on trading applications & algorithms used by some of the highest ranked hedge funds by AUM. Joseph has experience leading small start-up teams to large globally distributed organizations and is passionate about the intersection of technology & healthcare.

CO-FOUNDER | HEAD OF POLICY & REGULATION

Chris is an attorney bridging legal and policy matters across both healthcare and technology. With a background as an attorney in the Executive Branch, on two leading healthcare committees in the U.S. House and Senate, and in private practice, Chris has worked at the crossroads of healthcare law and policy for nearly two decades. This has included close work with healthcare companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50 multinationals. He focuses on mitigating risk in the management of legal, political, and public relations matters.

Luiza is a design leader with 15+ years of experience delivering innovative, user-centric services and products. She previously worked with telecom and insurance companies, supporting digital transformations, shifting mindsets and reshaping operations. In her previous roles, she built in-house UX teams at design agencies and large corporations, fostering cultural awareness, diversity, and cross-collaboration. Always with a passion for translating complex concepts into intuitive user tools, she focus on bringing people together to consistently deliver great experiences.

ADVISOR | CLINICAL OPERATIONS

Nurani is a Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the clinical field. Her dedication has always been towards underserved communities through holistic care and addressing social determinants of health. After years in academia, she transitioned to startups, gaining insights into non-traditional care delivery. She has worked at Cityblock Health, Dock Medical, and currently serves as the Director of Quality and Innovation at a Federally Qualified Health Center, where she continues to pursue her passion for efficient and holistic care delivery processes.

Ganga is a physician leader with over 15 years of experience in clinical care, team management, and site leadership. She is passionate about optimizing patient experiences, enhancing provider recruitment and retention, and driving initiatives leveraging AI and machine learning. She has led continuous improvement and innovation in Value-Based Care models. Her mission is to make care more accessible through technology, while maintaining a people-centered approach.

DIRECTOR, NEW ENGLAND REGION

Emily is a Physician Assistant in the Greater Boston area with over eight years of experience in orthopedic surgery and men's health. She is passionate about empowering patients through education, helping them lead happy, healthy lives. Emily has successfully launched and directed two men's health clinics as the primary provider, demonstrating her commitment to patient care and leadership. Her personable nature allows her to build meaningful relationships both in and out of the clinic.
